Refund Policy

One-to-one course or programme

If you buy a one-to-one course or programme with personal time with me that you are not happy with, you have 21 days from the point of purchase to inform me.  You will be refunded on any remaining sessions. 

 

Downloadable course or programme

If you buy a downloadable course or programme, and then you change your mind, you have 7 days from the point of purchase to inform me of your decision to receive a full refund.
